By using the Website in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the Terms of Use. Should you object to any term or condition of the Terms of Use or any guideline of the Website, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Website.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, or alter the Terms of Use at any time. Such changes shall become effective immediately upon the posting therof. You must review the Terms of Use on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.
You agree not to share any text, files, images, videos, audio, or other materials or use the Website in any way that infringes on patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary right of any party; violates state, federal, or other law threatens, harasses or is harmful any individuals.

You understand that AttorneyGram LLC. may encounter sensitive data and will do everything possible to protect the sensitive information in those files. Users of this site (AttorneyGram.com) agree that AttorneyGram LLC. is not liable for any breach of sensitive information that may arise while utilizing any solutions or services they provide.
AttorneyGram LLC legal plans provide Users with access to a dedicated network of attorneys who have agreed to provide a Free Initial Consultation based on their terms. If the User retains the attorney, the attorney will evaluate the case and present up to a 25 percent discount of their normal legal fees. The timing of the consultation and the billing rate are at the sole discretion of the attorney. In situations where Users wish to have a second opinion, we may provide a second attorney/law firm to provide a Free Initial Consultation.
In situations where legal plan Users and attorney’s in our network engage in a working relationship, the terms of the agreement are defined separately and soley between the User and attorney/law firm. The legal plan does not provide any guarantees that an attorney will take your case. We do provide a Free refund if the client does not receive a Free Initial Consultation. When Users join an AttorneyGram legal plan, they are agreeing to a monthly subscription plan that can be cancelled anytime. It is the plan holders responsibility to manage the status of the plan and cancel the plan should they no longer need it.. All plans are automatically renewed, unless cancelled. Cancelling your plan can be done by emailing support@attorneygram.com or calling 1-888-944-8692. When emailing, please include the Name of the plan holder, the email address used at sign up, and the best phone number to call you. Plans are not considered cancelled until the remaining balance for that term is paid in full.
By using this service and Website you agree to indemnify and hold AttorneyGram LLC, its officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you add to the Website, your use of the Website, your violation of the Terms of Use, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herin, or your violation of any rights of another.
You agree that monetary or punitive damages may not be a sufficient remedy for any breach of this agreement and that AttorneyGram LLC shall be entitled, without waiving any other rights or remedies, to seek injunctive or equitable relief as may be deemed proper by a court of competent jurisdiction. The Terms of Use in this entire agreement will supersede any previous agreement between the User of this Website and AttorneyGram LLC.
